  • After your order ships and you have the tracking number we have no control over when it will arrive. Once it leaves the warehouse it is completely in USPS's hands! Please contact your local post office with inquiries after it has left our warehouse.

LOCAL PICKUP:

  • We offer FREE local pickup in Fayetteville, NC! Select 'Pickup in Store' at checkout to take advantage of local pickup service 🎉 
  • Pickup is INSIDE THE DOWNTOWN MARKET at 325 Blount St Fayetteville NC. (disregard any other addresses you may see)
  • Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and then another email once your order is ready to be picked up!  
  • When you get the email that your item is ready for pickup you will go to The Downtown Market of Fayetteville at 325 Blount St Fayetteville NC, walk all the way down the hallway to the 2313 Glitter Ave pickup area. Find your name on the board and corresponding bin number! Take your package(s) and erase your name from the board :) Please verify the packages have your name on it as there may be others orders in the same bin.
