Returns & Exchanges

We hope you LOVE your 2313 Glitter Ave goodies but if for some reason you don’t, we are here to help! Please carefully review the policies stated. Email CustomerService@2313GlitterAve.com if you need further assistance! 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your return. Items must be in unused, unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached/in original packaging when applicable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before being returned to 2313 Glitter Ave. 
  • Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be processed, your account will not be credited and you will not receive a notification from us. You do have the option to pay shipping to have the items sent back to you, after 30 days the items will be donated. 
  • Due to quick inventory turnover, no exchanges are available. 

 

If your item meets the requirements, mail them to the address below and be sure to include the packing slip or a note with your name and order number. Absolutely NO drop offs!! Please note that local pickup and returns have DIFFERENT addresses.

What is NOT eligible to be returned: 

  • Swimwear, Deal of the day/DOD items, items ending in $.99, jewelry, bralettes/intimates, personalized items, bags, scarves, accessories, items purchased using a coupon code or anything else marked final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is eligible to be returned. Your item doesn’t meet the return requirements or you don’t want store credit? No worries! We have a 2313 Glitter Ave Resale facebook group with thousands of members. We encourage you to post your items there to recoup those funds!
