Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Please allow us 3 business days to process your return! Items must be in unused, unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached/in original box or packaging when applicable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before being returned to 2313 Glitter Ave.
What is NOT eligible to be returned: Deal of the Day/DOD items, items ending in .99, jewelry, personalized items, bags, scarves, accessories, items purchased using a coupon code or anything else marked as final sale.
Items that do not meet the qualifications will not be processed and your account will not be credited. The customer can pay to have the items sent back to them. After 30 days they will be donated.
